2000 Cabernet Sauvignon
Red wine aged in new American Oak barrels, the ripeness of the grapes, and the small yield provided us with a distinctive & intense wine that will further develop with age. This delicious Cabernet has a full-flavored palate unleashing luscious blackcurrant & chocolate undertones.
Gold at the 2002 Arkansas State Fair & Bronze at the 2003 Wines of the South Competition
Bottle: $10.99 | Full Case: $118.69
2000 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a beautiful deep purple and ruby colored Cabernet with incredible depth and flavor. The long barrel aging in French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels integrated the oak characters, creating a rich undertone of vanilla, toast and maple. This Cabernet enters the mouth with spicy tannins, powerful berry fruit characters, then complemented by a backbone of fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity. This wine will continue to gain complexity in the bottle for years to come. Try it with bold pasta dishes, grilled meats & game, and chocolate.

The gently clinging tannins and spice flavors combine to provide a wonderfully pleasing depth and flavorful finish. Excellent with all food, one bottle won’t last!

2001 Reserve Merlot
From our now wildly successful 2001 vintage, our winemaker used a barrel-by-barrel selection of our entire Merlot vintage in order to choose the richest, most complex lot which can dare to be called Reserve. The Reserve was then aged for an additional year in French, Hungarian and American oak so as to balance the wine’s powerful fruit with a more refined oak compliment. This sumptuous and velvety, full-bodied red is full of aromas of plum and blackberry with lingering toasted oak undertones. The finish is layered with cherries, orange blossoms and raspberry jam while keeping the tannins exceptionally balanced as not to overpower.

2000 St. Mary's Mountain White
Treat your taste buds with this perfectly balanced desert wine made exclusively from Niagara grapes. The bouquet is intoxicating with soft musky floral notes and hints of dried fruits. Excellent layers of salivating sweetness with honey, cooked pears, marmalade, pink grapefruits and a crispy citrus acidity that leaves a cleansing, lingering finish begging another taste. Tiny fruit yields and strict selection processes have meant that this exciting dessert wine delivers a serious experience for a modest price. Once you open this bottle of wine you won't want to put the cork back in the bottle. Fantastic with dried or fresh fruits, nuts, cheeses, & cheese cake.
